Gentle sessions designed to help the body release tension and restore balance.

All sessions are slow, mindful, and suitable for beginners. They are designed for modern bodies shaped by stress, sitting, injury, or fatigue. My approach is trauma-aware and informed by somatic practices that help the nervous system settle and the body release chronic tension. No flexibility or experience is required.

Reconnect With Your Body

In a world of constant doing, this is your space to simply be. These sessions invite you to slow down, listen inward, and rebuild a calm, supportive relationship with your body.

A Gentle, Trauma-Aware Approach

My work is informed by trauma-aware principles and the understanding that the body holds experiences as well as memories.

Sessions emphasise safety, choice, and self-awareness.
You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and to listen to what feels right for your body.

My approach draws inspiration from the work of somatic pioneers such as Peter Levine, Thomas Hanna, and Bessel van der Kolk, whose research explores the relationship between the nervous system, the body, and healing.
There is no pressure to perform, stretch deeply, or push beyond your comfort.
The intention is simple: to create a calm space where the body can gradually release tension and rediscover its natural balance.

Not sure where to begin?

Somatic Release is a wonderful starting point for most people.
You are welcome to begin gently and explore what feels right for your body.
